As of March 17th, 2013, Davidson College finished the regular season  #1 in the nation, Division One, in Free Throw Shooting Percentage, for the 10th week in a row, shooting it at 80.1% employing AUTOMATIC FREE THROWS. They have used my method for the past three seasons and it has paid off big time!

Every player uses my method, some with minor modifications. The starting point guard, Nik Cochran finished #1 in the country shooting it at 94.1%.

Davidson also shot an astonishing 100 percent from the line, as a team, in two games last year. One of those games was against Duke University at Cameron Indoor Stadium in front of the crazies!

Using AUTOMATIC FREE THROWS during the 2009/10 season, Amherst College (27-4) improved their free throws 11 percentage points from the previous year - from 63 to 74 % made. They just won the Division Three 2013 National Championship!

Every team that uses the method has shown improvement...Across the Board!

In January of 2012, I worked with Rajon Rondo, star point guard of the Boston Celtics. Rajon had been the worst free thrower amongst starting point guards in the N.B.A. for the previous 4 seasons. When we began, he was shooting it at 57%. There was a huge instant improvement, but shortly after our first session he went down for two weeks with a severely sprained wrist on his shooting hand. He couldn't shoot free throws for over two weeks. Nevertheless, he bounced back, and at the end of the Celtics' playoff series against the Miami Heat, he was shooting his free throws at a 69.5% mark. This was an improvement of 12 percentage points. In Game 2, where he scored 44 points, he was 10 -12 from the free throw line. And he'll only get better next year.

Rajon has modified my method slightly. It is a subtle comfort zone thing. But the strong foundation of AUTOMATIC FREE THROWS is paying off dividends for him at the line.
